@JohnstonesDC Id prefer to use anything but jhonstones! But there aqua gaurd is decent! I closed my account with them due to very poor customer service after over twenty years having an account with them! But on the plus side I can buy it through brewers which is a far superior company IMO 🤷🏼‍♂️

any one else had any problems paying their account online @DuluxDecCentre I had a problem paying online last February eventually sorted it but took weeks! Now having the same issues 12 months on,threatening letters it’s not that I don’t want to pay I’ve tried it won’t let me 🤷🏼‍♂️

@DuluxDecCentre do you have a UK customer service dept I am being harassed for an unpaid bill despite this being paid back in January I have tried to contact but they do not understand English clearly I have been into store and shown my receipt just totally unacceptable

@Owatroluk I guess it depends on the property something modern would probably suit the aged grey better seems to be the trend in updating older properties & new builds where as an untouched older rural property would look better with the coloured oil! Or am I overthinking it 😬🤔🤷🏼‍♂️😱

Any ideas guys? Water bubbles between the plaster wall and the paint, you can pop them and it just runs down the wall. The plaster is solid behind it. The bubbles just seem to droning some how.

@DuluxDecCentre Unfortunately it’s not been a very helpful experience, I called the number but it was the wrong number so was transferred to the wrong dept,so next dept after waiting over 30 minutes I hung up! I’ve paid the money into I hope the correct acct! If I dm you the account I’ve paid it
