@Ford customer service simply not good enough come in with a failing battery and can only get booked in in over 2 weeks time with an all day slot van not working means I don't work simply not good enough for something that should be done in under 30mins

@currys buyers beware Currys won't give free delivery even if it states this in the shop if you price match I'm £70 out of pocket due to staff not giving me the same deal I will be returning items for full refund live agent useless in no help staff not much better in the store

The driver of this vehicle made the mistake of driving right by traffic HQ as one of our patrols was coming out to play. The vehicle was uninsured and front window tints only allowed 46% of light through. Vehicle seized and driver reported #MRPU #SYN1

@davidbowes80 @DuluxDecCentre I’m glad it not just me ! I spoke to the account department which clearly was in a foreign country, they were no help at all! You can’t pay monthly accounts in store or over the top DDC Any more makes no sense whatsoever 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

@DuluxDecCentre do you have a UK customer service dept I am being harassed for an unpaid bill despite this being paid back in January I have tried to contact but they do not understand English clearly I have been into store and shown my receipt just totally unacceptable

Driving Without Due Care offence captured on #JourneyCam by a cyclist on the A369, Easton in Gordano near #Portishead back in May this year. Driver pleaded guilty by post, heard at Bath Magistrates Court (11/2023). Result: £195 Fine 3 Points £110 costs £78 VS

@MartinSLewis @Ofcom @Ofcom need to be on the consumers side if you sign a contract at said monthly cost, that cost should not increase for the said contract length. And these companies who are doing it are just greedy and fueling inflation there needs to be more 12 month contracts

Mid contract price hikes on broadband & mobile: @Ofcom just announced a proposal "to introduce a new rule requiring that any price written into a customer’s contract would need to be set out in pounds and pence, prominently and transparently, at the point of sale." This is a definite improvement, though based on this proposal I'll be asking it to consider changing it so the rise should always be the "lower of CPI inflation or a fixed pounds and pence smount" so the rises can never be above inflation. Clearly another option is ban mid-contract rises (though that may inflate the initial contract price) but I'm guessing its decided against that, so tweaking what it proposes is the most likely influencing point
