@chamambom Good points you raise here , I found the best way to deal with gate keepers is knowing as much as possible about the role before you move , then making sure you half of the required skills , even better of those required skills that you have a lacking where you’re going .

@colourbluz @larry_moyo One thing we miss as Zimbabwe is that we don’t plan for current personnel/circumstances but for posterity. If you look at current police you may say what a waste but are we not aspiring for better?
