@muzboz I been telling stories to my boy as he goes to sleep. He loves it and says it helps him be “not bored” when he sleeps. Thinking back now the memories of my mum reading to me while I drifted off was really nice. A reassuring voice accompanying a different world unfolding.

I love all the little tangents, and thought experiments you follow on the podcast. And would love to know what you all think about the joys of reading, being read to, and how stories might be special in the written and spoken form. :D That is all!

A little side question for the wonderful @PWL_Podcast hosts: Were you read to as children, by parents or other family members? My guess is that you all were! (?!) I have fond memories of mum reading Narnia books to me. I think there's something beautiful about being read to. :D
