@NESpower What about our four properties in Madison that have no damage whatsoever and constantly lose power every single time there’s a storm? We suffer because NES bandaids the issue every time they come out.

#NESOutageAlerts Friday and Saturday's storms and subsequent wind gusts did a lot of damage to power equipment, homes and businesses. If you are still without electricity, it is important for you to understand the equipment outside your structure. Once NES is on the scene, our crews will repair the equipment outlined in blue in the graphic below. Everything you see in orange is the owner's responsibility and must be intact and functioning before NES can restore your power. If you have damage in these areas, you will need to contact an electrician as soon as possible to facilitate that portion of the repairs.

Customer outages are now below 2,000 for the first time since two powerful storm lines blew through Middle Tennessee. With all the large outages repaired, we focus solely on the smaller outage areas where individual damage is addressed. We are so proud of our NES crews and grateful for our assisting contract crews. Overnight, they repaired storm damage and restored power for more than 5,300 customers. Half the outages since last night. Truly remarkable work! But it doesn’t stop there. We still have 5,784 customers out. A whole new set of crews just came off rest, clocked in and will take over efforts for the next 14-hour shift. We’ll continue to provide updates throughout the day. @moizali it has been a total waste for the year + we've had it, but our dev team says for our headless WP build, shopify plus does allow for easier integration of next-gen tech. i'm not sold yet 🙃

11.2 Scaling Shopify Plus was supposed to be the option for brands as they grew to scale. Instead, it is a joke. What does it get you? An account manager? More API calls? Hundreds if not thousands of e-commerce brands are outgrowing Shopify Plus.

@moizali By far my least favorite thing about Shopify...analytics are almost useless to me as an operator.

8.1 Shopify Analytics suck. You can’t even do cohort analysis on Shopify. Can you believe that? So many brands try to raise money and say 30% of our customers repeat, when they mean that 30% of this month’s revenue came from returning customers.
