I ordered item and recieved defective machine which is not working and that product is not sealed it's used product,
I complained regarding this to customer care after 5 calls raised a complaint & 2 days later ticket closed with resolving issue

inspection agent asked me bribe for clearing insurance inspection
I refused to give bribe so he rejected my insurance this is really bad experience from digit insurance from cred

They charged me
1. delivery charges
2. Handling charges
3. Late night charges
After paying all these extra charges its almost 2hrs waited and their promised time is 20mins till now I haven't received ordered and cust care not respond
@CaratLane pop or tresure chest scam done to me on my plan they changed terms and conditions recently but i have taken plan 10months back
This is my savings earned by me this is my sweat
@CaratLane don't take pop plan or tresure chest scam before purchasing plan they tell I can redeem amount as cash after maturity but now they are telling i can only buy product to raddek my money which was saved by my monthly savings
