I have never seen such a weak, reactionary and knee jerk government in my lifetime, led by a power obsessed wimp who gets off on bullying his own people. We were taught about many such regimes in school. Every single one of them ends extremely badly. You have every right to object to or be anti any religion or ideology. And as for the establishment, it’s almost a moral duty to be anti that bunch of corrupt self serving cretins.

@ConstantinStHe1 Both examples you’ve given are deliberately vague to appear as though legal. In isolation neither are offences but clearly context plays a big part here in order to determine whether violence or hatred were being incited. You can’t evaluate a case in a tweet.

Can any legal expert tell me: is any of the following deemed to be incitement to violence or hatred: 1. Tweeting that people can & should use the ballot box to bring about political change. 2. Tweeting that people need to join Britain First to support it and give it the funding & personnel to fight elections properly. 3. Tweeting that civil war is a no-no & will always be put down severely?
