I am livid with @GlobalPayInc . Despite repeatedly confirming fees of 1.47% and absolutely nothing else, I have been charged £9.24 for a single £64.20 transaction. They added interchange fees, PCI fees, reporting fees...I have cancelled the Direct Debit and awaiting a refund.

@TravelodgeUK I made contact and have sent pictures of the mouldy wall, filthy bathroom, insect-covered and grotty window ledges. The lack of hot water will hopefully be on record.

@TravelodgeUK £190 for a room for one night. No hot water, rotten windows, damp, dead insects everyone. Reported to reception but seems this is pretty standard. Our weekend away ruined.
