@FadiZeidan You have it upside down. Focusing on psychology will make it worse. The only way to overcome emotionbased decisions is to take emotionless decisions. You only arrive at that point by having a statistical based approach. Anything else wont make the cut.

If I knew it was this easy to fix my daytrading psychology, I would have done it years ago 🤦♂️
Ok so I spent a year working with a psychologist trying all kinds of techniques. This year, I made the decision to dedicate full year to my trading psychology to solve it once and for all.
My main problem was staying mindful to follow the process without losing control and making stupid mistakes and getting emotional about it.
i built an AI model to guide me and hold me accountable. It is a system with steps to do in the morning, before and after trading, daily and weekly reviews etc. it walks me through it every day.
I’ve been following it for a month now, not a single incident or trigger *yet*. I’m sure I will get some soon, the goal is to decrease not completely eliminate them. What stands out to me is how calm I am about it.
My model says it will take about 3 months to make it a consistent habit so lots of room to improve. I am sticking to my 1 year no trade rule (day trades, I swing trade for a living) regardless how well I do. Just a discipline thing for me personally.
I think most people focus on trading when they should be focusing on their psychology. Trading is simple, psychology makes it feel complicated.

I have developed a multi step process to help me manage my psychology. It took couple of months to develop based on trading psychology systems. I started applying it this week, so far it has been very good but I am still not adhering to all the steps. Room for improvement.

I want a weekly close above 70400/70500$, then price is likely gonna accelerate and send it back to yearly open circa 88k$. That would be nice.

This week may have been the low of 2026 for indices. If price manages to close back up > NQ monthly open at 24700 then price will start its climb towards 28000. If we close march < JAN/FEB cluster then the opposite is true & then 22/22500 would become the target. Place your bets
