BREAKING: The Israeli Air Force cannot even correctly identify what it is targeting and destroying. What the Israeli Air Force destroyed at Sanandaj Airport was a Bell 214A Isfahan utility helicopter belonging to the Iranian Red Crescent Society, not an Mi-17. Even if it had been an Mi-17, it would still have belonged to the Red Crescent Society. There is no military base at Sanandaj Airport. The Israeli Air Force is striking whatever it can and labeling it as an IRGC or military asset to justify its actions. This Bell 214A was in use to provide emergency medical services for Kurdistan Province and had been deployed from its home base at Qazvin Airport to Sanandaj a couple of months ago, replacing an Alouette III of the Iranian Helicopter Services Company that had previously been based there to carry out aerial medical services for the province.
