it’s actually a win-win for both founders AND investors
as a founder, you can raise money from retail. let’s say you tokenise 20% of your stock and you get 5000 investors. these 5000 investors are fully incentivised to also USE your company’s product or service. these are your core community
if you go the traditional vc route, you have like 8 vcs and 0 users
as an investor, you are basically on the same terms as VCs, no one is gonna dump on you like polychain dumped celestia on our heads
