Just DCA. Stop trying to time it perfectly. If you have 0 then buy 5% of how much you want today. IF it dips then add another 5%. Next week add another 5% no matter the price. We are in the middle of a bear market. IF everything bounces back at some point the difference between buying at $270 vs $290 won't matter when it's $1,500.
