I’ve been waiting for my replacement adjustable remote for my 1 year old adjustable bed bases since June. This is not a good adjustable base because the remotes only lasted 13 months and they have terrible customer service, they don’t respond. DON’T BUY FROM LUCID

@Starbucks I’ve been trying to get my $50 Starbucks gift card replaced for almost 2 months. They promised to replace, but I guess my $50 was spent at their store doesn’t matter that it was stolen.

@LucidMattress @QVC I purchased Lucid adjustable bases May 2022, by May 2023 the remotes had stopped working…I’ve been trying to get my remotes replaced. I was told they were on back order until August, but no one has confirmed the date of shipment and I’ve tried to communicate.
