To add I think there's a distinct art style for medieval fantasy aesthetics pre-Millennium, compared to how it is now
I've seen people attribute this to the LotR films though I'd be curious to know if there are any other influences

I was just watching a TikTok livestream of a Britain First protest in Manchester when a woman at a bus stop booed them. They then surrounded her, calling her fat, ugly, and a bitch, with one even making comments about tits. Police had to step in to protect her.
