@JagexSupport my UIM acc was denied an appeal for a wrongful permaban related to "Macroing Major". The date of the offence was a day I was playing exclusively on the phone app & to be clear, I've never engaged in macro use, so I'm very confused how this could've happened. plshelp

@JagexSupport @JagexAsh Can you please advise me on how I can gain clarity RE the purported evidence against my acc? The generic reason doesn't remotely describe my actions or what I was reported to have done. So it doesnt feel like a fitting or fair outcome to be banned for using the official osrs app.
