@mmahesh1 @SapnaKmd I'm not sure if Hyderabad is known for spicy food. One time I was visiting a friend & they had to leave for a few hours. The mom told me to eat anything in the fridge. Later they called to warn me about the briyani, but they were 5 minutes too late. I was chugging milk & crying.

OMG. So wrong but hilarious. Our fave Indian place doesn’t do this but if we order under “Sapna” or “Raj” and ask for medium 🌶️ can’t feel our 👅 for hours. If we order same under “Bob”- tastes like yogurt. 🤪

@nethertonians Nice! We recently got a fancier rice cooker which can steam veggies in a basket that sits above the rice. That's been my go-to for meal prepping lately. Then I just oven bake a protein. Easy prep + clean up.
