Hey @Garmin #UXwriting team: may I suggest a wording other than "unprodictive" for someone who hiked 16.43 miles and is in very good shape (even according to your very own data)? I totally get how Training Status works/is calculated, but this wording is missing the mark. #ux

Today is the saddest day of my life 😢 Dillon passed away suddenly this afternoon in my arms. He had not been ill. His symptoms developed quickly over a couple of hours but we could not reach a vet in time. We're both completely devastated.

if u are a leader anywhere and u can afford to go to therapy but are not, you owe it to your team to do so leading without therapy (when u can afford to) is subjecting your team to all your unresolved issues and trauma
