This means they may become lodged in a child’s airway. The product strap is also 322mm, which is longer than the maximum permitted length. This poses a strangulation risk to infants. The products present a serious chemical risk as they contain butylphenyl methylpropional (BMHCA/lilial) and/or hydroxyisohexyl 3-cyclohexene carboxaldehyde.
