No joke, when someone suggested around July of last year that I deal with parasites and acidity by adding two tablespoons of baking soda to a 12 oz glass of purified water and drinking it for several days, early in the morning... I was not prepared for how intense the results were. even though he warned me to make sure I stayed near a toilet and didn't go anywhere on any day I did this. My system literally FLUSHED itself of an amazing amount of toxins, parasites and other things within 20 minutes of my first drinking the baking soda. Not not just one bowel movement. It took several to get rid of it all before it was over. Did this 2-3 times a week for a month. Then only every now and then. At no time have I returned to the 'epic' first purge, which tells me most of the toxins and other stuff hasn't come back. So yeah, I think there is something to this. Forcing your body out of its acidic state into a balanced state literally causes acidic/toxic material to 'flee' your body through the rectum.

4/ The disgraceful waiting lists that have built up are entirely a political choice. Pay erosion for all doctors is far higher than other groups in the NHS (such as nurses who also need #payrestoration) RT if you want government to get a grip and fix waiting lists
