I’ll be very interested to see how regulatory guidelines and drug label indications/approvals evolve as we get better at drug repurposing through precision medicine approaches.

2 cont: This is a problem in multiple precision medicine applications - like the early days of PD-1 immunotherapies, when trials were quickly rolled out to get approval for all cancer types, rather than having the ability to get blanket approval for the ID of the biomarker.
