@temalone Totally get it. What if you could pass all that admin to someone else? Happy to share how we make that happen!

We don't talk about how much admin there is with cooking, besides the grocery list. I feel like I spend half my life deciding when leftovers need to move to the freezer and labeling them.

I seriously want to start saving money by not eating out. And plus I need to change some eating habits now that I’m back in the gym. Where do ya’ll find the time to go shopping, prep the food and cook it? Meal preps don’t work for me. I’m done with it after day 2.

I need a MEAL today. Where can I go that doesn’t have grass walls, a loud ass DJ, good food and kid friendly? Atlanta food scene is becoming a monolith with different menus.

Got a friend in project management offering to help? Let them set up your catering spreadsheet or a crew availability survey/schedule. Know a chef? Support your friend by ordering meals/crafty from them. Respect people's time always, but don't be afraid to ask for help. Cont -

A 🧵 about producing/directing my first microbudget feature. We had an amazing time and made a thousand mistakes (give or take.) Thought I'd share a few of the lessons/realizations I made along the way. Your mileage may vary. #filmmaker #indiefilm #ScreenwriterTwitter

Going home to Atlanta this weekend to spend time with family. Mom: “So I need you to cook your smothered turkey wings and pot roast and collard greens and maybe some limas too.” I’m only going home for 36 hours 😭😭😭

Found on fb. This is eerily accurate in my home lol. How about yours? BBQ RULES: We are about to enter the BBQ season. Therefore it is important to refresh your memory on the etiquette of this sublime outdoor cooking activity. When a man volunteers to do the BBQ the following chain of events is put into motion: (1) The woman buys the food. (2) The woman makes the salad, prepares the vegetables, and makes dessert. (3) The woman prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray along with the necessary cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it to the man who is lounging beside the grill - beer in hand. (4) The woman remains outside the compulsory three-meter exclusion zone where the exuberance of testosterone and other manly bonding activities can take place without the interference of the woman. Here comes the important part: (5) THE MAN PLACES THE MEAT ON THE GRILL. (6) The woman goes inside to organize the plates and cutlery. (7) The woman comes out to tell the man that the meat is looking great. He thanks her and asks if she will bring another beer while he flips the meat Important again: (😎 THE MAN TAKES THE MEAT OFF THE GRILL AND HANDS IT TO THE WOMAN. (9) The woman prepares the plates, salad, bread, utensils, napkins, sauces, and brings them to the table. (10) After eating, the woman clears the table and does the dishes And most important of all: (11) Everyone PRAISES the MAN and THANKS HIM for his cooking efforts. (12) The man asks the woman how she enjoyed ' her night off ', and, upon seeing her annoyed reaction, concludes that there's just no pleasing some women.

You can buy back 91hrs/mo for $1500. It’s the best ROI you’ll ever make. Outsource: Food (50hrs/mo): $800 Cleaning house (25hrs/mo): $500 Cleaning/folding clothes (16hrs/mo): $200 =96hrs for $1500/mo It’s not wasteful spending, it’s an investment in your #1 employee: you.
