@SayantikaSays Soo true because we’re so carb-reliant and mostly vegetarian, the protein gap in a typical Indian thali is huge. Most of us are just 'eyeballing' nutrition and getting it wrong. We really need a way to track macros live while we're actually cooking to fix this.
