@thetrainline is there a reason why you are completely uncontactable- have no phone contact, no email contact and no one answers WhatsApp messages? Are you hiding from the customers you defraud?
@thetrainline@thetrainline No it doesn't. if you click help it takes you back to input email and booking reference over and over again in an endless death spiral. There is no help at all - check it and try yourself . Im her on X, waiting on whatsapp and sure Ill message you on Facebook. Yay.
