The Davis Darts is certainly the dumbest name in Utah high school sports.

Is Hamilton Hammers the dumbest name in all pro sports?

@goatevar @NewMediaSports_ Chaisson had 7.5 last year and Jones is a much better run defender. It's an upgrade for sure

@NewMediaSports_ He was ight but not a double digit sacks typa player he getting a calm 8

@MormonNational @SpencerJCox If you did the research you'd know byu already tried this thought experiment for pipelining saltwater from the pacific to the GSL and they found it was not possible. Too much money and it's a shorter pipeline than what you're suggesting
English

@MormonNational @SpencerJCox Imagine that. The two bigger states that need it take more water from the Colorado river. I don't know what argument you're trying to make at this point. You're just grok’ing to make a point for an unfeasible project. If you lived in utah youd know the alfalfa takes all our water
English

Make Utah the data center capital of the world
Compute will be our #1 export
We will buy 0.1% of the Mississippi and use it to fill the great salt lake, Utah lake, and fill every reservoir in the Colorado river.
We will never have a water shortage again

I'll consider supporting your stupid data center if you immediately put the money in escrow to fill Lake Powell. #lakepowell #datacenter @kevinolearytv

@MormonNational And we ship all of that alfalfa to other countries. We don't have the livestock capacity to justify the amount of water we use for alfalfa. Blame @SpencerJCox. He's too scared to lose voters in the rural areas to get rid of alfalfa production here
English

@MormonNational California uses the water from the Colorado river just like utah does for their alfalfa. We can't “keep” all that water. It flows into California. We use a higher % of that water for our alfalfa than they do. We use more water for that than we do on all our golf courses by a LOT
English

@MormonNational You also haven't considered navigating the bureaucratic red tape from the states the pipeline would go through. Any opposition from states would increase the price to find longer routes through states that would approve of it
English

@cooperboopers 70% energy efficiency and wholesale energy cost is 5 c/kWh. Lifting water 4000 ft.
The 70% efficiency is the fudge number. If we drop it to 35% then the energy cost doubles
English

@MormonNational Where did you get this number? You're neglecting multiple factors. The efficiency of the pumps, pipe friction, the maintenance costs and upkeep, the terrain you have to navigate to move water around mountains, eminent domain, cost of building/running pump stations, etc
English

@cooperboopers The energy cost to fill lake Powell would be about 8 billion dollars.
Very feasible

@Brett_Pats Kyle Williams is him and I'm tired of pretending he's not

@NewsWire_US Boomers would get beat over the ass with rulers for bad cursive and penmanship and they still produce exclusively chicken-scratch. Incredible

@Sbrad2026 @Patriots @Gabeosama @newbalance @IlliniFootball Ohio state? You mean Les Wexner University?
