I just hit $80,000 just from X.
And a year ago, I was at 0.
All because I mastered one concept:
The Inbound Funnel.
Let me break it down in 60 seconds:
Most creators chase clients.
I let them come to me.
And it’s simpler than you think.
Getting clients inbound all comes down to one thing:
Your brand has to feel like the next big thing, not just a better version of the old one.
Most creators box themselves into boring comparisons.
Their competition promises 20 tweets a month?
They promise 50.
Their competition charges $1000?
They charge $500.
It’s a race to the bottom, and no one wins.
You see, your audience doesn’t want a better or cheaper version of what’s already out there.
Because what’s out there clearly hasn’t worked for them.
What they’re looking for is a new way forward.
A new way of living. A new idea. A new path to achieve their goal.
Think about it.
Apple didn’t sell a “better MP3 player” (remember those?)

I thought I have to write simple sentences to become a copywriter.
Guess, I was wrong?
Call me a geek but there’s nothing more exciting than to get back after my 9-5 and do these three things:
1. Print a sales letter,
2. Grab a cup of coffee,
3. Examine the sales letter
Finally after performing a surgery on a sales letter, I can gather major angles.
Let’s not forget,
It’s easy to come up with angles if you know the rule of 7 A list angles.
My favourite has to be “Gimmick”.
For eg, this sales letter is for the gut health.
Angle that I can think of will definitely be:
Here’s how a man can look 9 months pregnant because of “Swollen Colon”
(Reference is in the letter)
But you see, I have grown to look forward to breaking down letters.
Pumping out emails as “case studies”
Writing facebook ads as “case studies”
It’s all about the reps.
I’m standing on my 100th day of writing 1000 words a day.
Imagine, how quickly I can pump up ideas for ads, emails, opt-ins, landing pages.
Easy.
But this wasn’t the case when I started.
In fact, I pretty much sucked at it.
So bad.
With time, you first suck at it, then get better.
Can’t have it the other way around.

It’s crazy how I went from a copywriter to an actual direct response marketer.
(Literally)
After I came back from my hometown, there was a sudden switch in me.
I wanted to improve my
• Copy knowledge
• Funnel knowledge
• Offer knowledge
Everything that’s related to copywriting, marketing, and sales.
Over the course 2 weeks, I invested in so much courses and newsletters that keeps me hooked.
That I don’t have time to deal with distractions.

I know. I know.
But I’m loving it.
The funny thing is that I realised that the copy conveys the message only.
To whom you are conveying the message, and where you are posting the content matters equally.
How you present your offer is what balances the entire equation.
(I don’t understand man)
Let me tell you in simple words:
Gary Halbert once said:
The only thing I want, to sell a hamburger, is a starving crowd.
This means even if your offer is effective, if you’re targeting the wrong people.
Copy wouldn’t do you any good.
That’s why you’ve got to balance the love triangle of what, where, and who.

Easter…
I didn’t grow up celebrating it.
I was raised Buddhist.
I didn’t feel loved the way I needed to be.

But today…
My kids will get visited by the Easter Bunny. 🐰
They’ll hunt for eggs. 🥚
They’ll be surrounded by family.
And I’ll watch them experience
The kind of love I always wished for.
Every time my wife shows me how to do family right—
I heal a little more.
I’m being resurrected. 🙏
