Making empty promises, talks how company doing so well, why always diluting at the lows and coincidentally do so when $GME has its time of volatility. This stock has been a weapon since 2021. Psychologically and financially. And now its down 99.75%. It should've traded OTC a long time ago already. Read some stuff about reverse splits, how they burry FTDs under a rug. Then how dilutions help that cause even further. People still buy this stock as it is highly manipulated and darkpool orders go into the 80%. Factually stealing buyers price discovery predatorily. It is impossible to win here. The next step is Chapter 11 or 7 announcement and then it is completely gone. The shorts won here with cheats due to a corrupt company manager, in my opinion. It is sad because whatever you do to reclaim price discovery, the dilution button gets hit and the work that has been put in to do so gets diminished. It makes me dislike the financial world because you have fraudulent marketmakers that steal price discovery and then you never know if the CEO is corrupt or not. Sad, just sad.

I know from my own losses and in reading your comments on X/Twitter how distraught many of you are with falling share prices. In looking at the likely 2026 industry-wide Box Office, we still expect it to grow materially over 2025 and if so that inexorably would significantly increase AMC’s EBITDA. However, the external macro backdrop around us is terrible. War in the Middle East, world oil prices soaring above $100 per barrel and other concerns have knocked the Dow Jones average to its lowest point in five months and the S&P 500 to its lowest point in four months. As for AMC, I am optimistic about our power to increase our earnings this year over last year. As for the state of the world, we will all read the news together. Naturally, we all can wish for the best on global developments.
