3 things I check on my Apple Watch every morning: 1. Resting heart rate 2. HRV 3. Sleep That’s it . Less than a minute. None of them are rings. #health

Still working on how not to get cut off at the end of my videos. Anyway, just launched a complete new onboarding for @RungHealth_ users. Rather than a boring sign up process with name and email, we're going full Purple Cow, and getting you in to meet your coach asap. Live now, would love some feedback.

Is the Claude max plan at $200/mo really unlimited ? I mean can you code non stop for a month with it ? keeping hitting the limit on the $20 plan after 60 minutes

12 months ago I had an idea for an app. My Apple Watch, for all it's uses, was my health and fitness go to. It tracked my sleep, recovery, exercise, nutrition, stress levels, RHR, HRV, etc. The list goes on. But that's all it did. There was no context. I had no idea why my recovery scores dipped on Wednesdays, or the affect a few beers after rugby on a Saturday was having. Or why my energy spiked on a Thursday afternoon. There was all this data, but nothing connecting the dots on my health and wellness. I wasn't tracking it at least anyway. And because of that, I created @RungHealth_ 12 months ago vibe coding wasn't great. It was really bad. Everything was fugly. Being a non-techie (although I do have web development experience), I couldn't get AI to build what I wanted. Fast forward 6 months to December 2025 and Claude Code takes a huge leap, and all my ideas were able to connect with each other and make an app that works the way I want it to. And today, Rung 1.0 went live on the App Store. Rung is an AI health coach that connects to your iOS and Apple Watch data to offer personalised, contextual health coaching. If you've always wanted to get more out of your Apple Watch for health purposes, now you can. Go download it, but sssshhhhh 🤫 don't tell the anti-vibe coders, they'll get mad... apps.apple.com/gb/app/rung-ai…

The speed of AI to help move something from idea to production is actually crazy. I’ve started hand drawing my wireframes and handing them to Claude. They work just as well as designing something in Figma. Users can now track all their key metrics in a single screen, click the card for individual views, all whilst it looking dreamy. Less than 1.5 hours work to make this and the individual cards ready to go live 🤯

This is a serious question I have. I’m thinking about buying the @WHOOP , but I don’t understand this.

@umutaydin @WHOOP Unfortunately I don't have any. I like to wearing real watches, otherwise I would probably go with Apple Watch and pair it with Bevel.

I canceled my @WHOOP subscription, and the only reason was that they made it extremely hard to cancel. It’s not possible via their app, and even if you find their obscure link, they don’t allow you to cancel unless you answer 9/10 questions. Feels extremely deceiving. Better to avoid paying companies that have zero respect to their users.
