Really didn’t want to get out of bed this morning and go to @F3Stride. Posted anyway and got a great push from @cornholeF3, @f3Crack, & @F3PaperJam (whether they knew it or not) and ran my best 10k ever. Still haven’t ever regretted posting on a morning when I didn’t want to!
