Our researchers @jchrispang and @AFornito have discovered in @Nature that the overall shape of a person’s brain is crucial in determining how we think, feel and behave. This flips all previous understanding we had about the brain on its head.

Prof Dena Lyras was recognised for her Australian Research Council (ARC) Laureate @arc_gov_au at Parliament house this week! She was the first female academic from @Monash_FMNHS to win this award in 2021 for her work in gut health. We are so inspired and proud of her achievements
