@Councillorsuzie Quite simple for the farmers...whilst they're still alive sell their property to the next person who's going to own it,for a minimal amount...apart from that everything stays the same,that way when the owner dies there won't be any inheritance tax

The government wants to increase Fixed Penalty Notices for anyone breaching Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs) from £100 to £500. What a racket. PSPOs can be issued by a single council official for the most anodyne activities. They then outsource enforcement to PRIVATE collection agencies who have the incentive to fine, fine and fine some more. This won't tackle anti-social behaviour. If anything, it encourages councils to attack sociability. Grrr...
