I understand 560 new COVID cases were confirmed in #PNG yesterday (majority in NCD), but the official release is yet to go out. That is (another) new daily record. Two moderate beds apparently free in the POM Gen COVID isolation ward, others all full.

Deleted my tweet because I am literally exhausted speaking on racism. I often think we can be better, but so long as powerful people, with powerful platforms continue to utilise racism, we will still be held back having discussions we should have out grown.

Everyone needs to say something. Doesn’t have to be much, but everyone has to say SOMETHING. Being a “good bloke” won’t cut it this time.

If you’re sick of us talking about racism, imagine how sick we are of being subjected to it. If you feel uncomfortable when we call it out, think how uncomfortable it is for us living with it. Also, sure apologise, but maybe also try harder to not do shit things to begin with
