A $12 supplement just reversed gut inflammation in a placebo-controlled trial. Even in severe ulcerative colitis cases.
No pharmaceutical company can patent zinc carnosine. So nobody funds the large trials that would force it into clinical guidelines.
→ A 2007 study gave 10 volunteers indomethacin for 5 days. That NSAID shreds the gut lining.
→ The placebo group's permeability tripled. The zinc carnosine group (37.5 mg twice daily) showed zero increase.
→ A 258-patient trial tested 150 mg daily. 61% of gastric ulcer patients improved markedly by week four.
→ In severe ulcerative colitis, a 150 mg enema beat placebo after just one week.
→ Compound: 22% zinc, 78% L-carnosine, about $12. Off-patent since the 1990s.
The study authors wrote: "zinc carnosine, at concentrations likely to be found in the gut lumen, stabilises gut mucosa."
The treatments that reach you aren't the ones that work best. They're the ones that can be patented.

Zinc carnosine rapidly and powerfully reduces gut inflammation + heals digestion, even in severe cases. (🧵1/7)

Recipe doesn't have Maida? Yay☺️
So, what does it have?Fine sooji?
Sooji is healthy isn't it??
No, Fine Sooji is as bad as maida.
Fine sooji is like the polished rich criminal who easily escapes with his sophistication whereas maida is the poor criminal who gets caught easily.
Both fine sooji and maida are almost the same in relation to metabolic health. Both are derived from the endosperm of wheat. Both don't have bran or germ.
But maida is bleached further to give it that white colour.
Consume fine sooji less. Maida even lesser.

The effects of unprotected sexual intercourse on the vagina are far greater than commonly believed.
Let me explain briefly and clearly:
The vagina has a self-protective acidic environment (pH 3.8–4.5). Semen, on the other hand, is alkaline. Unprotected intercourse disrupts this balance, temporarily leaving the vagina vulnerable.
What does this lead to?
* Bacterial vaginosis
Unprotected intercourse is one of the most significant risk factors for BV. Fishy odor, thin gray-white discharge, and itching are common.
* Increased risk of infection
All sexually transmitted infections such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, HPV, herpes, and HIV are much more easily transmitted during unprotected intercourse.
* Urinary tract infection
UTIs are common after intercourse, especially in women, due to friction and the transfer of bacteria to the urethra.
* Yeast infection
pH changes and microbiome disruption can trigger Candida overgrowth.
* Micro-tears
If there is insufficient lubrication, tiny, invisible tears can form in the vaginal wall. This increases the risk of infection.
* Pelvic infection and infertility risk
Untreated chlamydia and gonorrhea can progress to the uterus and fallopian tubes, causing PID, chronic pain, and infertility.
* Semen allergy
Rarely, burning, redness, and swelling may occur in response to semen proteins.
Unprotected intercourse is not just about the risk of pregnancy. It is directly related to vaginal balance, infections, and long-term reproductive health.

One of the most disgusting qualities of humans is competition.
If parents or siblings subconciously want to compete with their children and suppress their success overtly or covertly, it isn’t just damage.
It invites the wrath of the ancestors,
And if the person is spiritual or clean of heart, working for dharma, or in service of a higher cause - then the wrath is not just of their soul. It quickly turns to the wrath of the Devatas themselves.
