@Aircairo I kindly only asked for full refund of flight cancelled but last not forget about being let alone and down by the airline that night in damman, no personal to explain our options. More than 40 bdh in calls that never got us anywhere ... sleeping in the airport with 3 children's.

@British_Airways I can't make changes online, I can't make changes through the chat but when I call, nobody is picking up!!!!! We are customers in distress from the middle east... wake up!

@British_Airways Case 11040482 it's not resolved. Why does always the customer it's the one getting the blame. I did NOT voluntarily make changes, @British_Airways was not available to make changes.
