@Aircairo I kindly only asked for full refund of flight cancelled but last not forget about being let alone and down by the airline that night in damman, no personal to explain our options. More than 40 bdh in calls that never got us anywhere ... sleeping in the airport with 3 children's.

@British_Airways David, I did that already. It didn't work. Same agent, Nishant. Same answer. Hopefully he will escalate or you.... unhappy customers aren't the ultimate problem.... stop flying with @British_Airways is.
