@Dragon_Age_Fans Right now, I am having a great time doing possibly the slowest run I've ever done. Chose some hardships for my gorgeous Inky & I am doing quests in as different an order as I can remember. So, yeah, definitely dragging it out.

@lowcarbGP Due to AS, adult life meant in & out of clinics for intestinal problems. Late 2015, I switched to strict low carb, & all symptoms(not just intestinal) began resolving!👀! Within the 1st six months! That’s my experience

This study fascinates me. I have experimented with low fibre diets to cure constipation and to my great surprise find it to be true. I was taught about the benefits of high fibre diets at Liverpool University by Prof Denis Burkett. With a flourish he would reveal ‘the perfect stool’ from under a silver salver! He observed the link between the diet of native peoples and good bowel health. I suspect he latched on to fibre element of the diet when in fact there are many other differences between our modern western diet and what he observed in Africa.
