I would sneak in Jocko kids podcasts during carpools to practices with our kids. My daughter and her friends then one day would ask to listen to more of them. Then later in school you would get a report from a teacher about a simple leadership/helpful thing they did. Asking them, they would reference this, kids brains are wired to look for truth and understand sacrifice…they just need to be guided. Parents don’t sleep on the 9-11 year age and how impressionable they are. Either they learn from you and people you want them to learn from…or they get it from a culture that doesn’t have their best interests in mind.

Had a wonderful meeting with Prime Minister Kristrún Frostadóttir of Iceland. India deeply values the friendship with Iceland. We talked about ways to improve ties in areas such as clean energy, fisheries, sustainability, geothermal energy, carbon capture and storage and more. Iceland’s prowess in sectors relating to the Blue Economy is admirable. We are hopeful that the historic India-EFTA TEPA will give an impetus to trade and investment linkages as well.
