@devilscustard The beech trees are just starting to come into leaf here so they all look somewhat greenish or pinkishly fuzzy!

The final glow of the setting sun lights the trees this evening. Their leaves are budding now and soon they will no longer be skeletons.

For all my dear Twitter pals who cannot get outdoors today, come on a walk alongside the River Wensum. A storm is coming in and the trees dance to the sound of the wind, the birds are singing and the reed quietly hisses in the background. Happy Easter my friends.

@devilscustard Under normal circumstances someone being enthusiastic about the adventure of British Summer Time would prompt me to advise that you needed to get out more but in your case perhaps the reverse is more appropriate!!!

It’s my favourite day of the year today - British Summer Time has begun! And yes, Norfolk is under a blanket of murky skies, whipped by an icy wind… but the leaves and the flowers and the blue skies are drawing nearer. Here’s a lovely lane from another summer to celebrate with!

After a few flickers, the power has gone off in my corner of Norfolk. It’s pretty wild outdoors and the wind is having a great time, causing mayhem. Darkness is good though.

Berlin, 1964. I am posting my Berlin images less frequently because of the waning interest in them, evidenced by the fewer number of "likes". Although the "like" system is somewhat simplistic, it is the only measure I have of the level of interest. Thank you to all my friends.
