@CotswoldCo Very poor customer service ! Ordered a dressing table in 2025 but when it was delivered it was the wrong colour manufacturing issue. Correct colour will now be August !!!! My local branch has the item on display in the correct colour but wont sell it to me 🙄

@Theresa_Powell1 @CotswoldCo I agree…… the customer service I have received has also been appalling. I too am waiting for a piece of furniture that I ordered in Dec 25. The frustrating thing is that they refuse to sell me the display item …. Not policy apparently !!!

@CotswoldCo I live near Tunbridge Wells and would like to purchase the Fairford dressing table/stool in SOFT white that the have on display. Rather than waiting until August!?!?!? Customer service is awful, if I don’t already have the matching large chests I would shop elsewhere

@CotswoldCo very disappointed, ordered two chest of drawers, they were delivered but both badly damaged. Was told they would be replaced, but have heard nothing by email or phone to confirm. I won’t order from you again, but need either a refund or the items soon.
