@CotswoldCo The order number is 6393145 for Fairford dressing table, stool and mirror. Ordered to match order 5907381. 6393145 was delivered but was the incorrect colour …. Mistakes happen but the customer service I have received is appalling. I have a numerous emails etc etc.

@CotswoldCo Very poor customer service ! Ordered a dressing table in 2025 but when it was delivered it was the wrong colour manufacturing issue. Correct colour will now be August !!!! My local branch has the item on display in the correct colour but wont sell it to me 🙄

@Theresa_Powell1 @CotswoldCo I agree…… the customer service I have received has also been appalling. I too am waiting for a piece of furniture that I ordered in Dec 25. The frustrating thing is that they refuse to sell me the display item …. Not policy apparently !!!
