@TuringsTestes @esaagar That’s one way to look at it. The markets didn’t make a new high from 2000 to like 2012. Real Eatate went nowhere from 2006-2018. And the economy was super depressed.

✿ uhmm.... okay. an update on your girl cuz i need to vent. sooo i've been away because, well... i met someone, and we ended up spending a lot of time together. we were like- trauma bonding and the chemistry felt genuine. to top it off, it's been quite some time since ive actually felt that type of way and it being a mutual feeling, so like- the entire time we were hanging out, i felt whole again. ngl that feeling is better then sex to me. it's like- you feel as tho you finally belong somewhere in this fucked up world but this story does not have a happy ending. ...it was anything but. Fast forward a few days and my Halloween was dreadful. The person I was falling for ends up going to jail for missing a court date thus turning a charge they had into an active warrent, so after i find out they are in jail, i do my part due to me thinking we're together, i make the decision to go out of my way to get this person out of jail and to do that, it takes my entire freaking day speaking with this shadey bail bonds guy and he ultimately drops the charge of a 10k bail to 1k. so, i end up paying 1k. (thats gone) and after I helped with that, i could immediatelly sense something was off cuz the vibe or connection was just not there anymore, but i was uncertain with what that feeling might be, and not only does this person not wanna see me anymore after i paid for their freedom, all my texts are ghosted and after 2-3 days of silence and being distant with me they turn it around on me and now I'm suddenly the bad person cuz I cared too much. that's life i guess...😕
