@UoYOpenRes @cOAlitionS_OA No problem! There are a lot of orgs with "York" in their name, which makes it hard for the system to know which one you mean. The search boosts organisations whose name starts with what you enter, so putting in the full name is the most effective way to bring yours to the top.

@UoYOpenRes @cOAlitionS_OA We're currently testing a fairly major change to the search boxes that will fix this issue; it's top of our list, and should improve the experience for both institution and journal search.

@RuthMallalieu Hi Ruth, everything should be working fine today, let us know if you have any more problems with it. We had an issue with one of our external integrations which caused some instability by causing timeouts on queries to the system.
