I’ve talked a bit before about how the Stellate Ganglion Block helped me improve somewhat. (Disclaimer: this is not a suggestion to try it, I am not a doctor. I am just sharing my personal experience.) Now that I’ve crashed, I’m going to try it again. Any questions about the process as I go through it again next week?

I haven’t been doing well. I’ve slowly & steadily declined since May. I’m back in bed most of the day. I suspect some of this has to do with the stress of losing my father this summer. But I also think I’ve been overdoing it and the PEM/crash cycle is contributing. 😔

Thanks to this update by @SpaceX, we now know that the claimed payload capacity of Starship v2 is about 35 t to LEO, which is less than @blueorigin’s New Glenn (45 t) or @NASA’s SLS Bk1 (95 t), both of which actually went to orbit successfully at the first try.
