Ukraine is intensifying strikes on Russian refineries and fuel infrastructure. Recent targets include facilities in Saratov, Syzran, Novoshakhtinsk, and Volgograd, along with port terminals in Novorossiysk and Temryuk. Storm Shadow missiles from the UK are now part of the effort, apparently held in reserve for concentrated strikes on high-value targets - refineries, ports, and gas processing plants that feed military logistics.
