Will this be my first Quintana grab?! Y’all know I am not buying the DanQ Hype…BUT…this one teasing kinda nice can’t lie

My experience at the Dan Quintana signing event. I did that thang ladies and gents. Facilitated one of my biggest events. I didn’t ask for anything in return, just the opportunity and I will always take advantage of an honest opportunity. Over 400 people showed up to this event, we started at 11:00 A.M (YESTERDAY) and didn’t finish till 1:30 A.M (TODAY) yes he got through to everyone that stayed, the FANDOM was real. Or again, this was an opportunity for so many people, whether it be Fans, Collectors, Flippers etc. Dan got there at around 9:30 A.M with donuts for all of those that were in line. Him and his team then bought Pizza for everyone that wanted. He then proceeded to do some massive giveaways, in which the highlight of the day was seeing this little girl win one of the giveaways. She and her mom ran with the biggest smiles back to the hubby. From there the signing event start, and the fun began. It was a 20 book max at first and tbh we shot for the moon. Later on after that the crowd was starting to get antsy, I went out there numerous times to try to reassure them that Dan was knocking out every sig as fast as he could. May we go to the Signature part, look he does it wish a paint brush, with precision and accuracy is the best way I can describe it. In the end, leading to what I say is “one of the most beautiful sigs in the game.” Do I need talk about the Remarque’s or the “Stamp of approval? What’s understood doesn’t need to be said!!! 🤩 Long story short, we heard the crowd and we went with 3 sigs one Remarque. I know massive decline from the 20 but it had to be done. They still honored the Purchase of a book with 3 sigs if you purchased it. So there’s was not many people in line who didn’t purchase that so it was really 6 sigs with a Remarque. From there we did see a decline in numbers as some may have left. We totally apologize, just know that the ending of this story will lead you to know that Dan would have loved to have you in front of him getting those sigs you wanted. Fast forward the rest of the fans that stayed, Dan went outside to reassure them that they would all be taken care of. I didn’t hear no matter the time, but you saw what time we ended. They all did, all 101 people, I’m pretty sure that was what the count was when he went back in to sign. All that being said, Dan and his team did an amazing job. I said “we” prior to this because man it was a “we” thing. May I add that the security guard left at 8 p.m so guess who was Top Flight Security? Me baby, because they saw these guns, lol. Yooo chill 😂 So all in all we all wore many hats yesterday, but we all shared a common goal. That common goal was the fans and making sure their experience, although very long was gonna end on a good note. We thank you guys, Dan we thank you, Dans team we thank you and from my team to you, I’d do it all over again without question. Thank you for the amazing experience and to the fans again we apologize for the inconvenience’s and if ever done again, we will be better! Keycomix CGC Facilitator
