3. The "Never-Ending Pasta Pass" requires a photo ID. Unlike the Save Act, it DOES NOT require a passport. Note how Republicans NEVER admit this.
4. A passport costs $165; takes as many as 6 weeks to receive. Many U.S. citizens DO NOT have passports.
