@CoxComm You don't help via phone, text, and they make sure you are cut off on the call and text. This is an issue with your mobile service, this has been going on months. My lines need to be reprovisioned, don't pan me off on Samsung they say the same as Verizon. Take ownership

@CoxComm I have tried numerous times to get help with my voice mail, I came from Verizon to Cox. My VM is still Verizon, and you refuse to reprovision my phone so it will work because as of now it says to call you, Samsung said it is you that needs to fix it. No one listens!
