中國的出口數據基本上是靠不住的，但西方媒體卻常常裝作那是如山的鐵證，因為這套說法在政治上很有用處、也很好寫，用這些亮眼的出口數字拿來詆毀川普的關稅和貿易政策。 可問題是，中國自己的媒體（比如中國的第一財經）其實早就把玩法講得很清楚：出口貨也許是真的，但海關的出口數據歸屬很多是假的。空殼公司去「買」這些出口紀錄，把別人的貨掛到自己名下，然後靠這些虛假誇大的報關數字去拿國家和地方政府的出口補貼。所以補貼獎勵的不是誰真的做了生意、真的生產和出口了什麼，而是誰最會把文件做漂亮、把數字做得好看。罪魁禍首還是中共反市場的國家補貼政策。 結果呢？官方公布的貿易數據一大堆被灌水、被誇大，甚至根本就是造出來的。 這不是什麼貿易實力，這是統計作秀。非市場經濟體就需要這種「漂亮數字」來滿足偉光正的政治要求，來唬人，騙投資者、騙外國政府。各國的政策制定者更應該把中共的貿易數據當成「需要核查的未定數據」，而不是可以直接拿來引用的事實。 apnews.com/article/china-…

The Ministry of Commerce is investigating China Railway Number 10 (Thailand) for potential use of Thai nominees to facilitate its operations in Thailand. The company is part of a joint venture responsible for the construction of the State Audit Office in Bangkok's Chatuchak area, which collapsed following the earthquake on Friday. The other partner in the venture is Italian-Thai Development. Commerce Minister Pichai Naripthaphan stated that the company has 51% Thai shareholders and 49% Chinese shareholders. The investigation will focus on whether the company is being used as a front for foreign business activities, which would violate Thai law. The Ministry’s investigation team, in coordination with law enforcement agencies, visited the main office of China Railway Number 10 (Thailand) in Bang Mod, Thung Khru District, Bangkok. However, the office was found to be closed, with no staff present, and attempts to contact the phone numbers listed during the company's registration, including both landline and mobile numbers, were unsuccessful. The Ministry will hold a meeting tomorrow (April 1) to discuss the investigation and take further action. The Minister of Commerce emphasized that the task force has been instructed to proceed with legal actions carefully and thoroughly. If the company is found to be operating through nominees, legal penalties will be enforced, including a maximum of three years in prison, fines ranging from 100,000 to 1 million baht, or both imprisonment and fines. A review of the corporate registration data from the Department of Business Development shows that the company was registered on August 10, 2018, with a registered capital of 100 million baht. Initially, the company was registered for the purpose of constructing non-residential buildings. However, the latest financial statement (for 2024) shows the company is now involved in human resources services and the construction of commercial buildings, residential buildings, office buildings, railways, public transportation, and subways. The board of directors consists of two members: 1) Chuanling Zhang (holding 49% of shares) and 2) Sopon Meechai (holding 51% of shares). Furthermore, the investigation will be expanded to include other legal entities sharing the same address as the company, as well as additional entities linked to the company’s directors and shareholders.
