South Korea’s 7th-largest prepaid funeral company, Parents’ Love (부모사랑), disclosed in its 2025 audit that it put ~59.5 billion KRW of customer prepaid funeral funds into a 2x leveraged daily ETF tracking $BMNR (BitMine, an Ethereum-related stock).
The position’s book value fell to ~10.2 billion KRW, for a loss of roughly 49 billion KRW (~$36M USD).
