@InsideTourGolf McIntyre because I also play the 620CBs but Rahm’s TCBs are also look so good at address. I love Srixon irons like Hideki and Koepka but can’t stand the blocky sharp top lines the Japanese clubs have.

Ingraham: Perhaps, the most scathing criticism of Bondi was about her handling of the Epstein files. During the campaign, the president made a clear promise to voters that those files would come out. And when he won, he handed that responsibility to Bondi.

@JeffShingle67 The practice swings. The fucking practice swings. Minimum two per shot, every shot, sometimes three. I try to set a good example by not taking any but they just never get the fucking hint.

@ImDavLewis @VanLathan Okay but is this really the clip to making that point on? His words were not taken out of context. There was no media manipulation. He did this all of his own volition. I just don’t see the connection between your point and this specific clip.

This isn’t an argument regarding being right or wrong. I’m highlighting the consistent “Black American” narrative in media that depicts Us in ways that we don’t see in any other race or culture. It’s intentional. We’re merely ratings drivers and entertainers exploited for their gains.

@ImDavLewis @VanLathan I’m not saying you are wrong in general but also was he forced to say this on national TV? Like he has zero culpability here?

@VanLathan These networks/media outlets intentionally air these stories and push clips that portray Black community as hyper sexual, ignorant, incapable, and dysfunctional. They air these stories while ignoring the Epstein files and issues that highlight the damning parts of this society.

Joe Brady was asked if he’s looking for players and a team with more of “an edge,” using the specific example of signing CJ Gardner-Johnson. He said: “I wouldn't say that the Buffalo Bills in general haven't had an edge, but there are certain personalities that I was looking for. You gotta find a happy medium, right? You want some guys on your team that check all the boxes. You don't worry about it. And you want some guys that are gonna stir the locker room a little bit.”

@YrAwenBardd That’s another exchange about nutrition! Logging diet, exercise, & supplements seems like a pretty straightforward LLM use case; certainly has had big benefits for me. I do use LLMs for a bunch of other stuff besides, but studying them is literally my job so I’ll take that bullet

@TronCarterNLU I love Tommy but it’s always felt like there might be something a bit off with him simmering underneath his charming demeanour. This has unfortunately confirmed the truth of that suspicion completely. Sad day. I wanted to believe.

Primarily I believe there’s 2 ways or reasons to play golf. 1. For fun. Social game. You would prefer playing well obviously but it’s not that important. You don’t really work on your game or get coaching. 2. For the competitive element. To get better. To work on your game. Be driven by lowering your handicap or competing in big tournaments. Both of these options are fine. Just got to choose. Often golfers in their 30s/40s might prefer to be a 2 but due to time constraints have to settle for being a 1. Golf is time consuming. So. Are you a 1 or a 2?

@bykevinclark Tailor your swing to your body type. Don’t listen to any instruction that doesn’t take into account your body and how it moves. There’s a reason all the guys on tour have wildly different swings. Each one suits the proportions and movements of their own bodies, not someone elses.

My freshman year of high school our athletic director (who knew nothing about golf) decided to order these golf balls for the team. We each got 4 dozen for the season. Clearly, we could not show up to a tournament in good conscience playing these balls so we all hit them onto the range at our local muni. For the next couple years every bucket at that range was bound to have 1-2 of these. I still think about it from time to time.

The replies to this were some of the worst things anyone has ever said to me. I’m not exaggerating. Things I wouldn’t repeat. People coming after me, her, us, everything. Last week I posted a TikTok filming her PR her half marathon. Strangers were in tears. Women saying they wished their husbands would show up at a finish line for them even once. Same relationship. Two different apps.

Send, Stick, Stare The Wilson Staff Model XB irons deliver game-improvement distance that turns heads with laser accuracy that drops pins. You’re going to see significantly more spin (1,000+ rpm) and steeper descent (3°+) with XB compared to other players distance irons. XB are all power and all precision. Bombs. Darts. Repeat.

The follow-up parent/teacher conference was yesterday My wife went alone I watched her pull out of the driveway Then I called my analyst He was already in his car Parked in the alley Engine running I wore cargo shorts Six pockets Pocket three had the school handbook Pocket five had a highlighter We arrived at 3:42pm Three minutes early My wife saw my analyst in the hallway before she saw me She stopped walking Then she saw me She said "why is he here" I said "support" She said "for what" I said "the meeting" She said "this is a parent-teacher conference and you aren't supposed to be here" I said "every meeting is a negotiation" She didn't move I held the door The teacher was waiting She was not alone The principal was seated beside her Arms folded They brought backup So did I My analyst sat down and opened his laptop He asked for the WiFi password The teacher said "we don't give that to visitors" He said "no problem" and turned on his hotspot I taught him well My wife put her head in her hands The principal introduced himself Firm handshake Said he wanted to "make sure we're all on the same page" I said "I love alignment" My wife looked at the ceiling The teacher pulled out a folder Same color-coded tabs as last time I respected the consistency She said our son has made "some improvements" but there are still "areas of concern" I said "can you quantify that" She said "it's not really a numbers-based assessment" I looked at my analyst He looked at me We didn't say anything The teacher said he still "challenges classroom structure" I pulled the school handbook from pocket three Page 34 Section 2.7 Parent Rights and Student Evaluation Standards I had highlighted six lines The principal looked at the handbook Then looked at my cargo shorts Then back at the handbook The teacher said there was an incident with a multiple-choice question She pulled out the test I pulled my copy from pocket two The teacher stopped talking My wife closed her eyes The question listed fifteen gender options My son selected none of them He wrote "Not applicable" Below that he wrote "Identified: Chromosome XY" Below that he wrote "Source: Biology textbook, page 217" With a footnote My wife looked at me She said "oh my god he's becoming you" I said "thank you" She said "that wasn't a compliment" The teacher said "that's not how multiple choice works" I said "was his answer correct" She paused The teacher looked at the ceiling Why does everyone keep doing that The principal stepped in He said "the concern isn't accuracy. It's compliance." I said "interesting. My auditors say the same thing." My analyst typed something I didn't ask what My wife looked at the ceiling again The principal said he thinks our son would "benefit from learning to work within established frameworks" I said "he will. And then he'll spend his career fixing them." Nobody spoke The teacher closed her folder The principal didn't shake my hand My analyst asked if there would be a follow-up The teacher said "I hope not" In the parking lot my wife said "you wore cargo shorts to a school meeting that you weren't invited to" I said "I needed the pockets" She didn't argue She said "we need to talk about this at couples therapy" I said "only if I can bring my analyst" She got in her car My analyst sent me his notes before I got to mine Formatted Bulleted With action items There were none Except for Plz Fix. Thx. Sent from my iPhone

@ClaireMPLS I’m not advocating for the layoffs at all but I have often wondered what the cost/benefit looks like for a lot of these writers. I can’t imagine the articles drive that much traffic. They have almost no substantive footprint on social media. What kind of money do they generate?
