@InsideTourGolf McIntyre because I also play the 620CBs but Rahm’s TCBs are also look so good at address. I love Srixon irons like Hideki and Koepka but can’t stand the blocky sharp top lines the Japanese clubs have.

@JeffShingle67 The practice swings. The fucking practice swings. Minimum two per shot, every shot, sometimes three. I try to set a good example by not taking any but they just never get the fucking hint.

Flushed 1-iron hitting a sweet spot the size of a dime.
Tour Pro 🏌️♂️@OfficialTourPro
Jack Nicklaus on the 15th hole during the final round of the 1975 Masters. 230 yards with a 1 iron. So good.

@ImDavLewis @VanLathan Okay but is this really the clip to making that point on? His words were not taken out of context. There was no media manipulation. He did this all of his own volition. I just don’t see the connection between your point and this specific clip.
English

@ImDavLewis @VanLathan I’m not saying you are wrong in general but also was he forced to say this on national TV? Like he has zero culpability here?
English

@VanLathan These networks/media outlets intentionally air these stories and push clips that portray Black community as hyper sexual, ignorant, incapable, and dysfunctional. They air these stories while ignoring the Epstein files and issues that highlight the damning parts of this society.

@wokekenzie The downfall started when they let Good Good play a round of golf there. Still fucking drives me insane that happened.
English

@KarlWhethers @SalSports It went beyond that. He wanted guys who were model citizens and followed the same faith as him.
English

@SalSports For better or worse, I don't think Sean McDermott wanted players that would stir up the locker room
English

Joe Brady was asked if he’s looking for players and a team with more of “an edge,” using the specific example of signing CJ Gardner-Johnson.
He said: “I wouldn't say that the Buffalo Bills in general haven't had an edge, but there are certain personalities that I was looking for. You gotta find a happy medium, right? You want some guys on your team that check all the boxes. You don't worry about it. And you want some guys that are gonna stir the locker room a little bit.”

@YrAwenBardd That’s another exchange about nutrition! Logging diet, exercise, & supplements seems like a pretty straightforward LLM use case; certainly has had big benefits for me. I do use LLMs for a bunch of other stuff besides, but studying them is literally my job so I’ll take that bullet
English

@TronCarterNLU I love Tommy but it’s always felt like there might be something a bit off with him simmering underneath his charming demeanour. This has unfortunately confirmed the truth of that suspicion completely. Sad day. I wanted to believe.

@mynameisFACE Doctor Zhivago, A Brief Encounter, and A Bridge on the River Kwai. A LEAN NIGHT.
English

@DavidWilso68155 @jamierkennedy Beautiful shot but those greens are rolling at like 7 on the stimp though lmao it’s insane
English

@jamierkennedy Toughest short par 3 in golf history…Trevino spits in his hands and makes it look like play dough
English

@rossmacleodputt Legitimately 1.5. Play mens night with my buddies once a week then ramp it up for Club Championship and assorted other tourneys throughout the year.

Primarily I believe there’s 2 ways or reasons to play golf.
1. For fun. Social game. You would prefer playing well obviously but it’s not that important. You don’t really work on your game or get coaching.
2. For the competitive element. To get better. To work on your game. Be driven by lowering your handicap or competing in big tournaments.
Both of these options are fine. Just got to choose.
Often golfers in their 30s/40s might prefer to be a 2 but due to time constraints have to settle for being a 1. Golf is time consuming.
So. Are you a 1 or a 2?
English

@bykevinclark Tailor your swing to your body type. Don’t listen to any instruction that doesn’t take into account your body and how it moves. There’s a reason all the guys on tour have wildly different swings. Each one suits the proportions and movements of their own bodies, not someone elses.

@Dr_DewSweep @Romeos_burner Absolutely elite ball. The InerGel was another banger from that time.

My freshman year of high school our athletic director (who knew nothing about golf) decided to order these golf balls for the team. We each got 4 dozen for the season. Clearly, we could not show up to a tournament in good conscience playing these balls so we all hit them onto the range at our local muni.
For the next couple years every bucket at that range was bound to have 1-2 of these. I still think about it from time to time.

@HankFrank I’m sorry but are those not also a bunch of bots on TikTok? The bots on Twitter are just meaner than the boys on TikTok because that’s how engagement works on each site.
English

The replies to this were some of the worst things anyone has ever said to me. I’m not exaggerating. Things I wouldn’t repeat. People coming after me, her, us, everything.
Last week I posted a TikTok filming her PR her half marathon. Strangers were in tears. Women saying they wished their husbands would show up at a finish line for them even once.
Same relationship. Two different apps.

Hank@HankFrank
Deleted the dating apps. Joined a run club. Met her on a random Wednesday night run. Moved in together 10 months later. She’s my best friend.

@PGAPappas @WilsonGolf And the best part is the stock PW loft is 46*!
English

Send, Stick, Stare
The Wilson Staff Model XB irons deliver game-improvement distance that turns heads with laser accuracy that drops pins.
You’re going to see significantly more spin (1,000+ rpm) and steeper descent (3°+) with XB compared to other players distance irons.
XB are all power and all precision. Bombs. Darts. Repeat.

@alexthechick The principal introduced himself
Firm handshake
Said he wanted to "make sure we're all on the same page"
I said "I love alignment"
Fucking unbelievable lmao

@ClaireMPLS I’m not advocating for the layoffs at all but I have often wondered what the cost/benefit looks like for a lot of these writers. I can’t imagine the articles drive that much traffic. They have almost no substantive footprint on social media. What kind of money do they generate?
