@Redrow - I live on Hawthorn Mews in Haverhill, we have complained since last year on a number of occasions about the bad drains smells coming from outside our house - nothing has been sorted. The smell is unbearable - please can someone call me to discuss.

@Redrow We cannot open our windows because the smell comes into the house. We have a 3 week old baby who will be breathing these toxic gases in. No one seems to be dealing with this with any urgency. We are the ones at a loss here because of your ignorance to help.

@andymstone My partner is trying to access her business account - two factor authentication is not sending the code to her phone, she cannot get into her account because of this. You and Facebook are ruining small businesses who rely on your platform. Fix it immediately.

Earlier today, a technical issue caused people to have difficulty accessing some of our services. We resolved the issue as quickly as possible for everyone who was impacted, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

@facebook Sort out your 2FA. Required one to log in and when requested, it does not send through, even when trying a different method.

@MetaNewsroom Sort out the 2FA… Facebook is not sending through codes when you ask for one, even when you try alternative methods. You have not fixed your issues.
