@asda York now only sell bananas in bags that you can not recycle at home. For our privilege it’s now 21p more per kg. Perhaps this is how they increased their profits by 42% last year. TOP TIP. Don’t tape the bag around the barcode. It makes them so difficult to scan, D’oh

Today to launch The Full Length Swim I completed a 12 hr pool training swim. I felt strong for the 1st 6 hours then found the chlorinated water made it hard to breath, and vomited during on the 11th hour, but with amazing support I swam 28,404m (1136 lengths, 17.6miles)

Quite a few questions about trans woman Lia Thomas & swim events. 6ft5 Lia raced 3yrs as a man at uni level, won the Women’s 100, 200 & 500yds at Ivy League uni champs last week, also posted fastest 1650yd time in 2022. That’s the same as Mo Farah wining the 5000, 800 & the 100!?
